Statement on Leadership and Entrepreneurship
When companies and managers encourage their employees to bring new ideas to the table, listen and take action, it is a win-win for all sides. It retains employees and creates a company culture of innovation in an ever-changing landscape, which is carried to the customer and keeps the business competitive.
Leaders and managers role isn’t meant to point a finger and direct. There is a balancing act of directing, coaching and mentoring between management and employees.
I know that not every leadership style is going to work for every situation or business. I do believe that leadership is flexible whether a business is structured from top-down or bottom-up.
